Documents required if the applicant is INSIDE the country:

1. Clear Scan color copy of the passport.
2. Clear scan color copy of the residence.
3. Clear scan color copy of the title deed.

Documents required if the applicant is outside the country:

1. If the applicant is outside the country for more than a year:
   • Clear scan copy of the original passport along with the residence copy.
   • POA to the authorized person in UAE along with copy of the ID card copy to the authorized person.
   • Clear scan color copy of the title deed.
2. If the applicant is outside the country for less than a year and the residence still valid:
   • Original passport is required.
   • POA to the authorized person in UAE along with copy of the ID card copy to the authorized person.
   • Clear scan color copy of the title deed.
3. If the applicant is outside the country and the residence is expired:
   • Clear scan copy of the original passport along with the residence copy.
   • POA to the authorized person in UAE along with copy of the ID card copy to the authorized person.
   • Clear scan color copy of the title deed.
