Sponsor
Documents Required
- Clear scan color copy of the sponsor’s passport and valid residence.
Dependents
The Required documents:
- A clear scan color copy of the applicant’s passport must be valid for more than 6 months.
- New digital photo for the applicant.
- Clear scan color copy of the marriage certificate/birth certificate.
Parents
The Required documents (Applicant):
- Sponsor birth certificate.
Siblings
The Required documents (Applicant):
- Sponsor birth certificate.
- Applicant’s birth certificate.

- The sponsor visa must only be from the Dubai Land Department.
- The visit visa will be for 1 month only.
- Any investor holding Dubai Land Department residence can apply for a visit visa outside the country for his family member.
- The Fee is 2,039.75 AED including 1,000 AED of the bank guarantee, and it will be refundable once the applicant exits the country.
- Upon receiving the visit visa approval, the applicant must enter the country within 30 days of the issuance.
- The approval is subject to the GDRFA department, and the applications might be approved/declined.
